ESA is able to thread Intermediate Metallic Conduit (IMC), Galvanized Ridged Conduit (GRC), PVC Coated GRC (OCAL, ROB ROY, PERMA COAT), Aluminum Ridged Conduit, Brass Conduit, and schedule 40 black pipe. Our threading equipment will thread pipe from 3/8” to 6” pipe. We are able to cut thread lengths to any specification from factory threads to running thread. We use NPT industrial dies for precision in all of our threading work. ESA cuts nipples to any length. We also make nipples longer than ten feet in some cases reducing the need for couplings. We have 10 different threading machines to ensure proper tooling and rapid turn around.
